To enable SSL on your Web Browser Software:
For IE 5.0:
- Click Tools on the top menu bar
- Choose Internet Options; click the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to Security and check the boxes next to SSL.
For IE 4.0:
- Click View on the top menu bar of your browser.
- Choose Internet Options; click the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to Security and check the boxes next to SSL.
For IE 4.0 for Mac:
- Click Edit on the top menu bar of your browser.
- Choose Preferences.
- On the left hand side of the screen, choose Security and make your SSL
selections.
For IE 3.0
- Click View on the top menu bar of your browser.
- Choose Options; click on the Advanced tab.
- Click the button labeled Cryptography Settings, make your SSL selections.
Netscape Navigator 4.0 in a Windows environment automatically enables SSL, but for
Netscape Navigator 3.0:
- Click Edit on the top menu bar.
- Select Preferences and make your SSL selections.
For Netscape Navigator 3.0 for Mac:
- Click Options on the top Menu Bar.
- Choose Security Preferences at the bottom of the screen and you can make your SSL
selections.
