Problems Logging In

To enable SSL on your Web Browser Software:

For IE 5.0:

  1. Click Tools on the top menu bar
  2. Choose Internet Options; click the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down to Security and check the boxes next to SSL.

For IE 4.0:

  1. Click View on the top menu bar of your browser.
  2. Choose Internet Options; click the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down to Security and check the boxes next to SSL.

For IE 4.0 for Mac:

  1. Click Edit on the top menu bar of your browser.
  2. Choose Preferences.
  3. On the left hand side of the screen, choose Security and make your SSL selections.

For IE 3.0

  1. Click View on the top menu bar of your browser.
  2. Choose Options; click on the Advanced tab.
  3. Click the button labeled Cryptography Settings, make your SSL selections.

Netscape Navigator 4.0 in a Windows environment automatically enables SSL, but for Netscape Navigator 3.0:

  1. Click Edit on the top menu bar.
  2. Select Preferences and make your SSL selections.

For Netscape Navigator 3.0 for Mac:

  1. Click Options on the top Menu Bar.
  2. Choose Security Preferences at the bottom of the screen and you can make your SSL selections.
